STEP 1: LEARN THE 1MINDSET WAY

 

If you ask us, the game is 80% above the neck. Combining natural talent, hard work, and determination will only get you so far. We believe developing the mental side of the game - in addition to teaching proper training techniques - is the key to success. Our team knows the ins and outs of the game and teaches through experience. Adversity is a given in any sport. How we react when faced with that adversity will determine what kind of person we become both on, and off the field.

STEP 2: BELIEVE IN YOURSELF

 

An ancient Chinese philosopher once said, "the journey of 1,000 miles begins with a single step." Here at 1MINDSET, we believe that first step is fueled by our own self confidence. Without it, we are stuck, but with it, confidence can give us the ability to keep going even when the journey seems impossible. Developing this confidence does not happen overnight, but we pride ourselves on providing a supportive, nurturing environment that allows every athlete to find the confidence they need to persue their dreams.

STEP 3: MAKE A PLAN

 

Our one-of-a-kind Ultimate Prospect Program (more affectionately known as UP2 is all about guiding, mentoring, and developing high school-aged athletes that aspire to compete at the collegiate level. Our staff has been on both sides of the college recruiting process and knows how difficult and overwhelming this time can be for athletes and their families. The goal is simple: find out which collegiate program is right for you and then develop a comprehensive and completely customized training program that puts you in the best position for success.

STEP 4: WORK THE PLAN

 

The psychological nature of a female athlete is undeniably different than that of their male counterpart. Our own experiences and endeavors as female athletes provides us with the ability to cater specifically to the female soccer player. We see a need for a training environment that pushes players to maximize their potential through the creation of both physical and psychological challenges, but also encompasses the necessary positive reinforcement and mentoring from those who have previously been in their shoes. For girls, by girls!
